I had high hopes, but this hotel barely meets 5 stars. The air conditioning smelled like sewage, and i had to suffer in the heat. The child-friendly facilities? An absolute joke! One would expect at least a small gesture for the inconvenience. I almost thought of giving a good review, but i just couldn't, unfortunately.

The room is amazingly comfortable with exceptionally good views over the hills. The breakfasts are excellent with a great selection of options.
Breakfast is quite pricey, rooms are very hot, Wi-Fi connection was weak.

Lovely views and breakfast delight
Woke up to amazing mountain views and a good breakfast on the terrace. The staff were attentive and friendly.
Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was inconsistent, and the pathways reminded me of a maze, making it a bit challenging to navigate the hotel.

Clean and large room. Healthy food menu.
Indoor swiming pool and sauna area were smaller than we expected. Spa entry fee was expensive!

great stay but lacks some attention to detail
The friendly and accommodating staff. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, especially the variety of fresh fruits and pastries that were available every morning. The spa was really good. I appreciated having daily yoga sessions that added a holistic touch to my experience, helping me unwind and connect with the lovely surroundings.
Room for improvement in room amenities and maintenance.

Fantastic location with great views over the hills towards Portimao and the Algarve coast. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The suite, with coast view, was huge and superbly decorated. The Spa was also very good. A great place to relax and chill out. Wonderful.
The breakfast, whilst good, had a smaller selection than what I'd expect from a five star hotel, and hot breakfast items (eg omelets, sausages, bacon etc) have to be asked for especially.

I loved the hotel and the large suite with a terrace. It had two bathrooms, great for our family. The breakfast on the terrace was good, and the sensorial spa was amazing with relaxing treatments. The peaceful landscaped courtyard added to the charm.
would recommend.

We upgraded and had the romantic weekend offer that was value for money, the breakfast room has fantastic views, the service and food was excellent our room also had a full kitchen that was great, i would recomend this hotel if you want to chill out end relax with most comforts under one roof.
I have no complaints about this place ,i would however advise you make sure you get a member of staff to give you a guided tour of the hotel because it is split into three areas and on different levels, it can be hard to get about at first so make sure you ask.

Rooms are good, facilities and service are acceptable sympathy overcomes some inefficiency.
Insonorization could be better, frigobar was empty at arrival. Even considering it was a suite with kitchenette at leasta bottle of water would have been nice.
